We verify the serial number, ownership records, seller identity, and available purchase documents before recommending a machine. We also check that the equipment is eligible for export and is not tied to an unresolved ownership dispute.

Every refurbished machine follows our 14-step inspection and reconditioning workflow. Critical systems such as the engine, hydraulics, undercarriage, structure, controls, and safety functions are checked before final testing and release.

We compare the machine against current market supply, year, hours, model, configuration, and verified condition. The quote explains what is included so you can compare options on the same basis rather than relying on an unsupported asking price.

Contact us with photos, video, and operating details. Our team will help diagnose the issue, coordinate parts or technical guidance, and apply the agreed warranty terms when the machine was sold with warranty coverage.

SUNX is an independent machinery sourcing and refurbishment partner. We work with verified suppliers and specialist facilities, document the actual condition of each machine, and give buyers the same inspection information we use to make decisions.

We coordinate loading, inland transport, container, flat-rack or RORO arrangements, and the export documents required for the agreed destination. You receive the document set and shipment updates before the machine leaves China.
